Trying to choose my flex in PPR - D.Cook, V.Jefferson, or J.S.-Njigba

This is a PPR league, and I'm choosing between Dalvin Cook, Van Jefferson, and Smith-Njigba. I currently have Cook in the flex position, but with Kupp out, should I switch it to Van Jefferson?
