TRADE HELP!!! non PPR

Guy has Manning and wants to trade for Josh Freeman who is my backup. He is offering Chris Johnson for Freeman and Vincent Jackson or Larry Fitz. Thinking of countering with Frank Gore. I know CJs a stud I'm just not sure how i feel about giving up fitz or vjax for a 180 lb back (would really like to add him though since i'm kind of week at RB.)
other receivers are Andre Johnson and Mike Thomas. RBs are Blount, Jahvid Best, and Tim Hightower. Would leave me with Kolb as a backup.
I think V Jax will have a huge year and would rather not trade him btw.

And I would do that trade definitely for CJ. No way do I do that for Gore. Freeman/VJax for CJ in a damn heartbeat

I agree with this. Would be nice to add a RB to your current crew. But I have to ask. Are you in a keeper league? How else do you have V. Jackson, Fitz, and Andre Johnson?

No I'm not in a keeper. I had 10th pick in a 10 person league and everyone else took RBs or QBs first 2 rounds(they're worst than I am apparently.) I went straight Wide out first three picks for trade bait among other reasons.

No offense to Mike Thomas, but I would hate to give up three of the best WRs in the league. Chris Johnson is great, but it wouldn't surprise me to see VJ and AH have better years this year. Not sure about Fitz, but wouldn't shock me either. The backs you have aren't in CJ's tier, but they won't have zero points any given week. Mike Thomas might. If this guy wants Freeman so bad, make him sweeten the deal.
