1/2 PPR league. I was offered Megatron for my Antonio Brown and Denard Robinson. The way I see it, Brown is proven $, so is there much reward even in considering a heads up trade? Losing Denard may stretch me too thin at RB but he really needs a RB this week because of byes. Would a counter offer of Julio & Denard or Jerick for Mega be worth exploring?

His team:
Joe Flacco
Emmanuel Sanders
Calvin Johnson
Le'Veon Bell
Larry Donnell
Larry Fitzgerald
Blair Walsh
Denver Den
Anquan Boldin
Arian Foster
Branden Oliver
Tom Brady
Jordan Cameron
Justin Hunter
Josh Gordon

My team:
Carson Palmer
Antonio Brown
Julio Jones
LeSean McCoy
Jeremy Hill
Travis Kelce
Denard Robinson
Stephen Gostkowski
Kansas City
Jerick McKinnon
Nick Foles
Shane Vereen
Joique Bell
Davante Adams
Percy Harvin

I'm not trading the #1 WR in fantasy right now.

You can offer Julio + Denard but I doubt they accept. Worth a try though.

Does Megatron really have a higher fantasy upside than Brown? If the answer is yes, is the difference worth the risk+denard? NO
He should be offering you Megatron and someone else, not the other way around.

Just stay where you are, don't trade Brown.
