Would you make this trade?

Give up Rashard Mendenhall and Anquan Boldin

Receive Roddy White and Ahmand Bradshaw

Its a PPR league. I'm a little worried about Julio and Jacobs taking points away from White and Bradshaw, but I also think Boldin is a bum.

TIA

I would. Bradshaw was running hard last night.

I'd probably stand pat... but that's because I think Boldin will rebound. If I didn't, yea... I'd do it.

this is the mentality that will screw you. No offense papz, just using you as an example of how things can go south for someone.
You are banking on potential instead of proven. He is being offered two guys both of whom were consistent last year and one whom was the top PPR receiver, for a better RB and inconsistent WR. You make a deal like this all day long because you get two guys, day in and day out you know will produce. Boldin might rebound, but i would rather take a guy who barring injury, will be way ahead of Boldin's "maybe" type season.

I'm pulling the trigger. Thanks for your responses.
I like the idea of starting White, V Jax and Dez. Along with Bradshaw I've got Felix, Ingram, Knowshon, Benson, and PT to choose from

Being stuck with Mendenhall/Boldin just doesn't seem that awlful for me.

Not really. Boldin is a proven player with a very good track record. It's not like I would be banking on an unknown entity.

Or... he could be the one offering. I see your point here though... but like I said, especially with the departure of Mason, I feel that Boldin will rebound and catch 70+ balls.

The trade off here... RB1/WR3 for WR1/RB3. Not exactly automatic for me... especially if I felt WR3 can become WR2(which I do).

Sorry, just not an automatic deal for me. I put a lot of stock into a player's complete body of work... and I'd be comfortable standing pat. I also typically don't many moves prior to the year. Unless I had a piss poor draft, I like to see how they perform before I make adjustments... unless it's a great deal for me.
