Would benefit all parties and not make sense not too. Besides I own Gordon in a keeper league for 3 years

Would be one hell of an overpay in value for the Texans

Trading a pash rushing DE for a runningback would be like trading a franchise QB for a middle linebacker

Except you’re not at all trading a franchise QB for a middle linebacker??

Melvin Gordon when healthy is one of the best backs in the league stat wise top 5 easy

If Texans had Melvin Gordon to go along with Hopkins and Watson, would be great compliment to JJ Watt and a solid defense

Not many teams have the cap to afford Gordon, so yea the teams are limited

I wouldn’t touch Gordon on any team but SD. He’s volume based & that changes on every other team

The Texans have the leverage, and the higher valued player. Moving Gordon has nothing to do with his trade value. Plenty of teams can work with either player in structuring their new deals to fit within their cap.

The value is similar. One is a replaceable position being traded for an extremely limited league asset.

Sounds like the chargers should pay him. I wonder why they aren’t?

Sure. But it would dumb as frick to trade an elite DE for a runningback unless the GM is more worried about his fantasy league than getting proper value for Clowney
