Assuming Reed plays this week would you start him over Fleener?

Reed is a monster when healthy. Just saw someone had dropped him so I picked him up. If he's active, I'm starting him.

Jordan Reed (concussion) is inactive for Week 14 against the Chiefs.
Reed told reporters on Friday that he "felt a lot better" and expected to play, but instead he'll miss his second straight game. It's always a concern when a concussion lingers the way Reed's has. With the Redskins' season in the tank, they could consider shutting their rookie tight end down for December. Logan Paulsen will make another start in Reed's absence, but is not a viable fantasy option.

I'm begrudgingly starting Cameron. Such a shame what that coaching staff has done to him. I could pick up Charles Clay I guess.

My gut says go Cameron.. 17 targets last two weeks. But he's had some nasty drops. I think Cincy is ranked like 18th against TEs over last 5 games so I feel like Fleener is a safer start
