21 Jumpstreet has first waiver priorities and it will probably open Monday night/Tuesday morning.

It goes by waiver order ... if no one ahead of you on the waiver order claims him, then he is yours. If they do, well, you're just SOL.

Ogletree and Romo connection > Stafford and Megatron

I'll repost what I said in an eariler thread but I need some insight guys. This is for another league.
Standard scoring
The trade is Matt Ryan and Kevin Smith for Miles Austin and WIllis McGahee. I'd be receiving Ryan and Smith.
My QB's currently: Schaub/RGIII
RBs: Rice, Dmac, Matthews, McGahee
WRs: Julio Jones, Austin, Decker, T Smith, L Moore.
Clearly my QBs aren't the best so Ryan would help. McGahee and Smith are a wash, imo. So it's essentally Austin for Ryan. Should I bite?
Also as a humorous side note, I proposed this trade to him a few days ago and by half time of the game yesterday he declined with a big "Austin sucks." Then 70 yds and a TD later he offers the same trade back to me within the hour.

I'd wait on what those 3 qbs do this weekend to determine the outcome

No way I would bite on that. Matt Ryan has a high ceiling but so does Schaub if he can stay injuy free. Houstons offense is potent and I think Schaub has a good year. Plus, Kevin Smith is a scrub who is injured. Miles Austin doesn't seem to be effected y his hamstring as evidenced last nigt and McGahee is the lead back in a revamped Broncos offense that defenses now have to respect the pass. He would have to give up much more than Kevin Smith for this trade to even be considered IMO.

Schaub still gonna be better than romo this year?

Romo has played ONE game. He picked on a shitty arse DB all night long. I have him in another league so I am hoping he consistently puts up good numbers. Don't be so quick to judge. Schaub hasn't even played a down yet.
