Been dating 5 1/2 years, living together for 6 months now. Everything is great with us, really we get along great, we love each other, both pay bills and all that. But for some reason my family doesn't like her, even though they got a long great the first 3 years we were together. Yea, I have and they are better for awhile, and then something else happens. But I'm going to have to talk to them tomorrow and basically let them know if they don't back off my interaction with them is going to be greatly, greatly reduced. I really think my mom thinks when push comes to shove I'd choose her over my gf, but that's not the case

Only reason we aren't married is because of my family, honestly when/if we do get married we'll probably elope. We are basically already married honestly.

She gets a long great with my friends, most of them are her friends now too. Hell she gets along great with EVERYBODY else

have your folks ever really explained why they don't like her? She has nothing to do with you and your siblings growing apart. That sounds like a complete cop out to me.
