He might. He just downgraded QBs and finished as the 26th WR last year.
He's capable of being a WR2 though. His upside is good.

Wallace needs to prove that he's not a one trick pony this year. I agree that he is the only gamebreaker target in MIA. But, I'd be a bit skittish about him in ppr.

I don't even think he's locked up the starting position on his team.
