I do not know Port, that seems steep. I would consider Harvin for a pick or maybe a package.

Dropping him is what made my scores go to zero for past games.

no it's not. I didn't drop my IR player and mine went to zero.
what made them go to zero was removing the IR spot all together. CBS then went back and zeroed out team score in weeks where we had a player on IR.
Now, the IR is allowed again, but not required. Vacating the IR spot will not make your roster illegal according to CBS.

so either drop him, pr move him to "reserve" and drop another bench player. the I/R spot needs to not be used, even though it is allowed per the settings.
