Turner isn't as valuable in this league as he would be in a standard league. I consider Ingram to be a Turner clone in terms of fantasy. His value will be close to the same as Turner's near the end of the season.
And the way Tate is playing, I'd be selling Foster. No way that they are going to stop giving Tate carries after the way he has been playing.

So far, Stafford is averaging 29.73 fantasy points per week.
Cutler is averaging 19.54
Turner is averaging 12.87
Addai is averaging 12.37
