so with this not being a keeper league and no bottom feeder penelty how do we prevent people tossing away their studs at the end of the year to stock up on draft picks.
its going to suck when last place starts unloading top guys for 3rd round picks the following year

but the conferences will be different
Each conference is run like a seperate league, until the super bowl.
Picks cant be traded b/c it'll unbalance the draft when conferences are switched

Only time picks can be traded is before the draft - preseason, as in trading draft positions.
