I'm going to be doing some emails tonight, but y'all can throw some ideas out here.
We need to come up with a draft date, we need to determine the draft order, we need to determine the entry fee, payout, ect.
I think that I will use the fftoolbox option to randomize the draft order.

as for buy in, i say we do no less than $75 a head. Id like a $100 even, but i realize everyone may not want to pay that.
payout: i like to give money to most total points. I guess the question comes in, do you want to do that for each conference or just overall?
and i think 1st, 2nd and 3rd should see money, imo.
is the site free? How much is coming out to pay for the site?

We can either do best record or total points - the way we are doing it is going to award the better teams so best record doesn't bother me. In regular h2h leagues i'm always in favor for most points.
