Read the rules, son. You can pick someone up after waivers have been ran. Unrestricted additions start Wed at 7:00 EST. It's always been like that.

Actually, for some reason it makes free agent additions happen after the first week. This is the first time we've started the year using waivers. You can pick up free agents. I turned waivers off for now and will turn them back on starting next week.
