Just gauging interest on this:
Would anyone like to change the way the draft order is done in the future? I received a suggestion that we do it in a lottery style format (last place gets 16 balls, first place gets one ball), and the order is randomly generated (similiar to the NBA draft).
I actually really like this idea.

It REALLY would help against tanking. For example, I did a mock draft lottery just now, and here were the results:
Pick 1: Rondo
Pick 2: Boo
Pick 3: Rouge
Pick 4: Clams
Pick 5: Port

If you do it do it like the NBA. Playoff teams ranked after playoffs. Non playoff teams go to a lottery or even just the bottom 4 or 6 go in to the lottery.

Barry, I have a couple of young arms. Chachin, Hunter and Mike Minor are available all under 24 with plenty of upside.
