I figured him out about 12 years ago. It's easy to deal with him because we are similar. he doesn't get hung up on or overvalue certain guys, and we can actually communicate in person or over the phone for deals, which always make it easier to find a happy medium.

He's never done this to me, fwiw. I can certainly imagine him doing that to you though.
