I just like the idea of having a limit where you have to manage who you pick up. I don't like the early bird gets the worm mentality. "I have more free time than others, I can work the wire and get all the f/a's I want!!" While 6 is a generous number, it also makes you think a little about picking up all these borderline guys. Someone good may come along and the waiver king may not automatically get them. That is just my line of thinking. 6 seems like a good number. Should help teams catch up who are win outgamed while capping out the stream team mentality.

Are you looking at the beginning of the week? You can pick up players that play multiple games. Also you are holding on to a guy that will not play this year and won't be kept next year when you could slide Knight into that IR spot. Manage your team better, son.
