Honk has the player that I want but I will probably have to wait until Bledsoe continues doing what he'd doing before we can work something out.

I don't see the point of capping the number of starts in a week AND capping the number of add/drops. One pretty much cancels out the need for the other.
Someone provide me with some reasoning. Not arguing or complaining, just curious.
