I think my best trade of the year so far might just be Kyle Lowry for a 3/10 swap.

I got him for a 7/9 swap one year and he was a beast the following season. Top 10 player until a late season injury.

This whole "studs have the upper hand" argument is dumb

Coming from the guy who just traded Paul George for three very good players and traded a stud in Westbrook to get that stud.

You can't make those kind of deals without top ten talent.

One big circle. Traded 3 players to get Westbrook. Traded Westbrook plus a 2nd for George..Trade George for 3 players.

Yeah I'm not trying to take anything away from you for acquiring Harden before he blew up.

I'm not complaining about any trades or strategies used to win. I was just stating I'm stuck in the middle right now.

I unsuccessfully attempted to find our g-chat log of that trade talk. It was pretty hilarious. I think i asked for you login and passowrd so i could accept for you

At that time he was the #2 SG behind Kobe and you just couldn't buy it.

You have to be decisive.

normally early on you need to know if you are trying to win this year or build for next year.

And actually, i was trying to acquire someone else at the time, too, and it involved some of the same pieces. I wish I could remember who the player was.

Either way, I guarantee he wasnt as awesome as Harden.

this is my first year trying this quitting early thing.
it kind of sucks.

both for the league and for the players still playing.

that said, next year i will be good.

the reason lbj and durant haven't been involved in a title team is because they're always good enough to keep the players in contention. the crux here it's a crapshoot in the playoffs due to injuries.

Phoenix Suns guard Eric Bledsoe, one of the leading contenders for the NBA's Most Improved Player award, is out indefinitely after the team determined that Bledsoe needs a surgical procedure to repair cartilage in his right knee, according to sources with knowledge of the situation.

Sources told ESPN.com that the exact scope and severity of the injury will not be known until Bledsoe is in a surgeon's care, but he is suspected to have suffered meniscus damage in his Dec. 30 return to Los Angeles to face the Clippers.

Looks like Dragic is gonna get a boost in value again.
