Is there a tracker for the games played? Or do I have to count up my games for the week? Will the site enforce the 50 game limit? Dammit, how is this going to work?!?!

That only shows how many you've played so far, and what the max is. Our max is 43 this week due to the shortened week.

I will dole out starts accordingly. If i have 60 potential starts, I won't start robin lopez on a Wednesday so I can start pau on a sunday.

Exactly. Most of the time the cap isn't going to be an issue, but it's all about managing your team.

I am starting 4 Rockets tonight. That might be the most from 1 team since SFP had like 10 Warriors the first year of this league.
