One player isn't going to fix a tanking team. They will suck for years. I am rebuilding in TDBA and had to buy into the fact that my team would suck. It will be bad this year again, but...
I have Lonzo, Lavine, Murray, Hield, Mitchell, Caulley-Stein, Okafor, Maker, Ntilikina, Prince and Barnes.
It's going to take some time but love the upside.

why do people who are losing this year get rewarded with top pick?
this year's draft is at random. whoever was last pick this year, arguably just got a top 10 dynasty player by getting to pick ball, etc. that evens out to me.

bro this is a dynasty league. a few injuries will completely frick teams for the entire year. that's how they operate
i knew my team was going to have an uphill climb this year b/c i missed out on the super duper stars, so that's why i wasn't scared to take lavine, nursik, and buddy and hope that next year they'll be elite. i could have drafted "win now" MUCH more effectively
there are going to be shitty teams every year that can't do anything about it. these leagues mirror real life, not proto-TDBBL
