Free Agents cannot be picked up, but trades are back open.
Here's how we do the draft order:
If there are no objections, I can go ahead and run the top 3 lotto and get the draft order out of the way, then we can discuss potential rule changes. Overall, fun season

its a dynasty league...there is no offseason

in dynasty baseball leagues you can add/drop all year except for the new players introduced to the player pool.

How was TDBA work? I thought this league was basically modeled after that one.

TDBA locks after the final game of the regular season.
Although, the commissioner over there hasn't locked it or activated trades yet because he is inferior to the TDBBL commissioner.
