He is a great offensive big but his defense is suspect. He and Gordon play the same style. Bamba and Gordon or Vuc and Isaac are their best fits up front.
Look at Jonas' per 36 numbers. He could average 22 and 10 if he played 30 minutes a game. He's still valuable because he's so productive even playing about 20 minutes.

Yeah he is not strong defensively, but he is having his best year +/-
His PER(27.19) and EWA(5.9) are both elite for his position and currently higher than guys like KAT, Jokic, etc.
His offense/spacing and passing are way above average and help to cover his defensive issues.
I agree that Vuc and Issac really compliment each other.
