I think once a player is drafted in the NBA they should be available to be drafted in our draft.

His handles and vision are insane. But I could take him down in a jumpshot only game of HORSE.
I've seen him make 1 jumpshot in 3 SL games.

His shot looks pretty good. He missed those 3 jumpers but they rimmed out. He needs to keep shooting.

This is probably best way to word it, makes it easy to enforce.
I'd like to see us add a roster spot to support it though. So many high-potential guys stashed overseas.
