In your opinion, what kinda time frame you looking at before your team is good enough to make the playoffs?
You like context, the 7 th seed (last to make playoffs) was 90-78. 12 games over .500.

I'm not against the idea, but I think 10 is the better number since we start 10 guys. If every team kept 10 GYNO would definitely be able to pull 1-2 decent assets from each team.

it's whatever the league wants. I was just throwing a random number out there.

Yeah I agree. We have 20 and I go 17 deep. My last 3 are playable. He will get some good pieces from me and frat pack.

Robinson and Prince are the EXACT type of guys bad teams take on and remain bad. Delusions of grandeur. Tatum has proven he is a guy.
In the current NBA landscape, Mitchell Robinson is not a dynasty asset that should be a main haul for a Tatum. We've seen these guys before. Can't shoot FTs, cant stay on the court due to fouls, low IQ player. He's hard capped, even at his best, at 20 mpg i reckon. He wont be the first big to provide false hope
Prince is a decent player on a current 5 win team, putting up fantasy numbers, sure. but he is not some lock to continue to producing in a rebuild. He goes to a bench the moment they find a more competent wing.
I am absolute perfect world, Robinson becomes a Capela in a few years, which probably doesnt happen in NY. Prince someone stays as a mediocre player on a bad team, improves in a few areas and has some staying power. You're looking at below 10% chance this materializes in the way you hope
This is a trash trade. In the name of keeping competitive balance in the league, you guys should have nixed it. It is not good.

Woah. Catching up. Couple points:
1-stand by my opinion that jumpy should have to give up his TDBBL team after ditching this league. I get it's separate, but the action shouldn't be tolerated and should blacklist an owner from any league on this site
2- port is right. This league needs a culture change because the negativity on every issue is killing it. It's a complete headache to commish and why I gave it up. The same owners who complain the most are the first ones to exploit anything.
3- Kudos to gyne for stepping in. Even though he bounces in and out of leagues here, he's never left a team in a bad shape. So no doubt he will leave it better than he inherits it.
4- Agree some type of expansion draft is needed. Some of these teams are DEEP with assets. I don't think 8 or 10 protections is enough, I'm thinking 12. Also would recommend a CAP of picks of 15 total.

Also lost in there IMO is the fact id rather Adebayo over Robinson and long term over prince. Lack of minutes is the only thing holding him back. He produces when given the opportunity.
