Maybe not out of the league but definitely a journeyman role player...this crap with the shoulder x-ray is a red flag, more for the way he (and his agent) are handling it.
It's looking like the first two picks of the 2017 draft involved some terrible evals.

Fultz is the #8 player in the deal baw. He's not gonna make or break it. Lotto ticket. It's going to be Isaac turning into a RoCo type and DSJ making a big step.
I'm not a big DSJ fan, but it's either go in to compete or get assets. 5 years of going all in on ships has depleted my assets.
