Strategy if I have to bench Swift

My lineup was going to include Swift at RB and D Johnson in the flex.
If Swift doesn't go or possibly limited my RB option is Conner, but that would leave Conner and Dionte Johnson from Pitt vs a good BUF defense.
Should I bench Johnson for T. Hilton or I can pick up Coutee?
Bonus question. M Trubitchski vs hou, Ryan vs lac, or Mayfield vs bal
leaning Trub

Well ok. But I don't have any other RB than Conner so they would both have to start
