I hit at the Golden Nugget in Biloxi for $1,741 a few years back and wasn't taxed a dime.

Haven't done so since on a parlay. It's a waste of time.

They'll make you fill out tax forms if you hit big though. Someone I use to work with hit on a full NFL slate Sunday-Monday games that same year. He just did straight up money line for every game and I don't know how much he wagered. He couldn't help but tell people he won but he never said how much. But he did say he filled out a form that night he collected.

Called it a good problem to have.

Never heard about a harsh push back when it came back around during tax season. My guess he may have had to pay instead of getting anything back?

He didn't seem to give a frick so it must have been a good win.
