I just said Youklis was comparable to Encarnacion last year. I didn't make it up, I just looked at the numbers.
I also didn't make up anything about Butler, just going by the numbers. He's disappointing every year. He's good at real life baseball but he lacks in the fantasy game, which is all about da numbers in relation to their position. Are utility positions worth less than other positions?

I said I currently have E5 as my third baseman. Youklis's stats were pretty similar last year. Yes? Ok. I didn't want acquire of player of similar production at the expense of losing Belt.
Im not saying E5 is a better player than Youklis.

I can make it even simpler for you. Regardless of value, I said from the get-go that I wasn't interested in trading Youkilis. The argument is moot. I said if you had any interest in something else, send it.

My backup 3B is Brent fricking Morel. I'm not sure trading Youkilis is a good idea.

If you're not trading Youklis then that leaves me the choice of your starting catcher (Ramos), Ryan Doumit, and Brent Morel.
If you weren't interested in trading the guy with the most similar value to Belt, then Im not sure if you thought I was going to be interested in Ramos, Doumit, or Morel.
And I like Youklis. Im not saying he sucks. He's just on the downside of his career and has an injury problem. Not a guy I want for Belt, that's all.
