The way this matchup is going, I will be eliminated from the playoffs this week unless something crazy changes. I want someone worth keeping and don't mind sending both closers or someone else with them.

What I am interested in, at this point, is upgrading a keeper or two. My team has lots of talent and I would be willing to package two or even three of the following players for a strong keeper upgrade.

Travis Shaw - #3 3B, #5 1B

Smoak is a top 15 overall player this year and a top 10 hitter on the player rater. Grienke and Allen will not be keepers for me, Smoak will. I don't understand what you are questioning.

Greinke is the sixth rated SP if you are gonna use the player rater argument.
I know he was thrown back last year, but he has been great this season.

Again, the trade is fine. You got a guy who should be an elite slugger going forward.

I am not worried about what you consider to be dumb. He finished 302 on the PR last year, will be 34 in a couple of months and pitches regularly against the Dodgers and Rockies. I ain't saying he sucks but he's not an ideal keeper for me. It's ok to project in fantasy. I think it's going to go back down hill for him soon and I wouldn't want to keep him.
