Having a tough decision on who to start. BGE vs Ravens or Donald Brown vs Bears? I want to stick with BGE, but hes going against the Ravens. Donald Brown, on the other hand, has failed to live up to fantasy expectations, but with Luck there maybe it will finally happen. Thoughts? TIA

Ravens D is stout and BGE hasn't exactly lived up to his fantasy expectations either. I would start Brown. FWIW I have Brown as a flex but I was choosing between him and Cedric Benson.

Haha i got Ray Rice as my #1 and then Stafford, AJ Green, Mike Wallace, and Torrey Smith. Deep 12 man league. Every other starting spot is pretty cemented in, except this 1. Not sure who to roll the dice on.

Yea so is the Bears though haha. Plus, BGE plays on Monday night and his backup isnt going to be playing. And Donaly Brown hasnt exactly lived up to his hype either. I do like Benson with the Packers this year though.

I'm in a similar position

I have Jamaal Charles in 1 spot

Then:

Redman
Brown
Mikey Bush
David Wilson

I expect Wilson to take over this slot later in the year honestly, but I think I may play brown this week

True. Doesn't BGE have a foot injury? I don't know how bad it is if he even does have one.

They sat him out most of the preseason to make sure he was fresh. They said it was a foot injury but he would of played if it was during the season so its not bad at all. Already said hes ready to go and be the starter

This week, with these matchups, go with Donald Brown.

Fair enough. Well I'm still going to say Brown, but I think a large part of that is just my gut telling me that. That's mainly why I went with him over Benson.

Take from that what you will. And if you take Brown and he goes off, I'll expect a thank you. If you take him and he bombs...my bad.

The "who to start" link doesn't help you too much.

It has 49% for BJGE and 51% for Donald Brown.
