I need help deciding if I should start David Wilson or Daryl Richardson, starting RB martin on bye week

I'd gamble on Wilson. They waived Scott today. Richardson seems to have kinda sucked I think(but have no knowledge other than I was against him last week and he put up 1). Wilson has been easily exceeding 1.
