Michael Crabtree admitted he wasn't healthy or himself in the eight games he played last season after returning from a torn Achilles'.
"I was fast enough to be on the field," Crabtree said. "But I wasn't me." Crabtree revealed last week that his weight ballooned up to 230 pounds last season. He's back in shape, and says he "can't wait to get out there" this year. Crabtree is a big-time blow-up candidate as the 49ers' clear No. 1 receiver and Colin Kaepernick's go-to guy. There's value in his late-fourth-round ADP.
