New To Fantasy. Trade Help.

Basically I was never a big follower of pro football. Joined a league thinking it would be easier than it was. Only took the first week to realize I drafted a shite team, and to realize it’s really exciting. So for the experts what players could I package to try to salvage the rest of the season?
12 Team League. Currently in a 3 way tie for 9th place with a 2-5 ranking. (5-2 is good enough for second right now)
1 PPR
QB - K. Cousins
RB - T. Cohen
RB - I. Crowell
WR - L. Fitzgerald
WR - Julio Jones
TE - C. Brate
Flex - O. Darkwa
D/ST - Baltimore
K- Gostkowski
Bench
WR - Bennie Fowler
RB - T. Riddick
QB - P. Rivers
RB - Jonathon Stewart
WR - Torrey Smith
WR - Corey Davis
As you can see it’s a team full of low tier RB’s and WR’s but is there any hope in trading up?

Yeah that's bad, no sugar coating that. Who did you draft in the second round?
The only move you could make is to trade Julio Jones but that won't get you anywhere either.
Gotta hope Darkwa and Corey David hit, and Crowell gets his shite together.

No Hope.
But if you want to keep trying, need to trade Julio for a RB/WR combo.
Some good PPR RBS that may not be too expensive
RB- Aaron Jones
RB- Mckinnon
RB- Kamara
RB- Chris Thompson
RB- James White
WR- Jarvis Landy
WR- D. Thomas
WR- Alshon Jeffery
WR- Sterling Shepard (Giants #1 now)

Took Crowell in the second. Like I said I didn’t really follow pro football and drafted off names I remembered hearing last season. Cousins, Brate and Gostkowski are my main scorers so I feel like I could get the most for them. Wasn’t sure if I could pair them up with Crowell or Fitzgerald to get a better player? Is that bad strategy?

Cousins, Brate, and Gostkowski may score the most points for you but they don't hold any trade value.
Julio Jones is honestly the only player on your team with any trade value.

Sell Julio for 2 good players
