Need help selecting my keepers - Fantasy Baseball

I get 3 keepers from this list and i'm torn. I am taking this team over and will have the 1st pick, however, if a team only selects 2 keepers then they would pick ahead of me.
Greinke
Blake Snell
Freddie Freeman
Mike Trout
My thoughts were to keep Greinke, Snell and Trout. Then potentially pick another SP with my 1st pick depending on what's remaining which would give me 3 stud SP. I feel like letting Freeman go would be a miss but i'm concerned with his elbow and long-term damage. I feel like I could get a Muncy or Goldschmidt in the first few rounds and with 3 stud SP, i'd have that on lockdown.

Snell, Freeman, Trout. Easy decision. Not sure how you could be more concerned about Freeman long term than Greinke, given the latter's age and declining stuff.

I'm a Braves fan so I'm more aware of Freeman's struggles than I am Greinke's.
