MY team needs a makeover bad

I'm in a auction league where you get a keeper. It is 1 point PPR. I am 4-4 and I am struggling the past 5 weeks. Injuries have killed me. I've had to drop Julio jones, MT13, and OBJ in the past week for obvious reasons. I feel like I am stacked but I'm worried I won't make the playoffs bc of injuries. Any ideas? To make matters worse, I made a bet with a guy in our league that I would finish with a better record. That guy is currently 7-1.
