Lynch/Tate for Forte/MJD

I was just offered Lynch and Tate for Forte and MJD. 12 team standard scoring. My lineup is:
QB: Stafford, Pryor
RB: Forte, Rice, MJD, F Jackson, D Williams
WR: Cruz, Gordon, S Smith
TE: Bennett, Z Miller
DEF: Browns
K: Bailey
I'm leaning toward taking the deal, but wanted the opinion of the fantasy gurus.

I wouldn't do it. Chicago will lean on Forte and Bush while Cutler is out. MJD is playing better.
