Lineup this week is annoying the hell out me

I can't figure out who to start and who should be my flex.
Current lineup:
Brady
McCoy
Gurley
Evans
Fitzgerald
TE - E.Ingram
Flex - Devante Parker
K - J.Tucker
Def- Jags
Flex/RB/WR bench options
G. Tate
Chris Carson
Garcon
Tevin Coleman
Jermaine Kerse
TE - A. Seferian-Jenkins
I'm conflicted bc I think Tate will have a good game against a weakened MN secondary...but Parker against the Saints Def should be $. Carson will prob have a breakout game, but do I stick him at Flex? It's hard to even consider benching McCoy or Gurley to put him in. I keep going back and forth on Evans being the weak link here but it's hard to imagine me benching my #1 pick for the week.

What I do when I find myself in your situation is take 2 of your fringe bench/starters and trade them for a sure thing starter. Find a team that's at the bottom of the league and needs to fill holes in their lineup
