Way too early to answer that question. A lot of offseason stuff could happen to alter the scenarios they’re in.

Usually when running backs have a season like Kamara they have a letdown the next year.

Well Zeke had a great year then got suspended. That could happen to Alvin.

Kamara will go sky high, people will overpay, and will probably have a letdown. Just my opinion.

Yeah, it's like that time that Ladainian Tomlinson led the league with 28 rush td's, and then the next year he led the league with only 15 rush td's.

Why will he have a letdown? Just because?

There are reasons to think Kamara will letdown, but you're not presenting any of them. That's why you're getting push back.

Im not saying he will have a bad year. Im just saying, because of all the mileage he is taking this year, he will have a lesser year. He will not be worth whatever outrageous price tag will be on him in fantasy football. I would rather pay less for Elliot, who will have fresh legs. Im a Vol fan(so I am obviously a Kamara fan) but I dont think he will be worth next years price tag.

I don’t have a dog in the fight, but Kamara has 80 less touches than Elliott on the year (not counting today’s game). He’s not even in the top 30 among RB touches. It’s not like he is being run into the ground.

Im guessing Kamara will go top 2-3 next year. I hope he is worth the spot but I am not going there. I will wait til the next year to take him. I, personally, do not like taking good running backs in year two. I’ve been playing fantasy football for about fifteen years and I have certain ways I like to play. Kamara, which I hope I am wrong, looks like a typical overpay. Hell, I dont know if I am right, fantasy football is a crapshoot, but I have won more than I have lost. Not taking young players immediately after exceptional seasons have worked for me.

Doubtful. Not on average. He will be a first round pick, maybe a second round pick by ADP, assuming that Ingram is still in NO, which he probably will be.

And you still said that Elliot has fresher legs despite having far more touches than Kamara.

Players I think will go ahead of Kamara next season

DJ
Zeke
Leveon
Gurley
Antonio Brown
Nuk Hopkins

OBJ and Fournette are also possibilities.

1. As for the fresher legs, I was obviously wrong. I still think, based on value, Elliot will be the better pick. Just mu opinion.
2. If Kamara goes second round like you said, you should obviously snatch him up. But I am afraid he will go top three. Since I think he will struggle next year I think its a bad play.
