Is Will Fuller even worth rostering?

Debating on dropping him to stream either Giants D @ SF or Jets D @ TB since I have Bills D vs Saints right now. I'd then use that spot the following week to handcuff Hunt.
Just don't know if I'd ever be comfortable starting him with Savage under center and same goes for Jordy with Hundley.
14-Team PPR (7-2 Record, 2nd place)
These are my starting slots for WR.
WR: Antonio Brown

WR/TE:
Options:
Marvin Jones
Emmanuel Sanders
Corey Davis
Jordy Nelson
Will Fuller
Have both Jimmy Graham and Greg Olsen coming back as well so can always start 2 TEs if need be.
So do I drop Fuller? If so, which defense do I stream?

Dropping Fuller for Giants D would get my vote.
