How often do you trade in Fantasy Football?

I've been playing for years and I hardly ever trade.
Yet, in every league I'm in there are those guys who trade constantly every year yet hardly ever win the league.
How often do y'all trade?
Is it something you actively try to do throughout the season no matter what?

I trade often before the season starts. It keeps it more fun.

usually make 1-2 per year
I traded Andre Johnson and TJ Yeldon for AJ Green in one league already. Had a bunch of backs on the bench so I was looking to make a deal for someone hurting at the position

2-4 times a year in my main league.
I hardly ever make trades just to make them, though.

Once every couple of years maybe. It's hard to get people to see eye to eye or even negotiate.

Never (okay, I think I've done it once in a league I was only in for one year). The waiver wire has plenty enough on there, to keep me occupied.

I typically look to make trades every year depending on what my weak positions are. I don't necessarily make trades every year, but I'm always looking for ways to improve my roster.

I will try a handful of times a year (already put 4 out there) and will typically get 1 or 2 between all of my leagues. Unfortunately, my leagues have a lot of people that rarely ever trade or are inactive outside of WW & setting line-ups Sunday morning (yes, they often miss the Thursday adjustments).
When I was in a big money league a few years back, trades were cheaper than WW moves so we would have trades weekly. Then, I would have at least 3-5 trades per year.

I'm too much of an optimist to trade a lot.

I almost never trade.
Seems that way in our league too. We have one guy who clearly thinks he's a financial analyst. He's from the buy low, sell high school of thought. As soon as one of his players starts producing, he's looking to trade. His teams are usually around .500 every year.

WW might be my favorite part of fantasy.
I always love getting guys in hope that they pop.
Much prefer to build through the WW than trade.

I've made like maybe a trade or two. I've been playing since 2011.
I tend to draft well. I've never not made the playoffs, but I don't produce championship winners outside of one time. Maybe it's bad luck, maybe it's because it takes a lot of gambling to win it all as well. I'm strategic with drafts and play the odds, try to be pretty safe.

I love trades and get pissed when I'm in a league where no one trades. They're my favorite part!
