I'll be buying a house within the next few months and just started doing a little looking for a TV. I'm looking to go somewhere between 40"-55". I'd like to stay under $600 if possible. From what I've read so far, seems like plasma is best for sports. What y'all think?
I'm looking at one at Best Buy, 51" Samsung Plasma 600 hz 720 p. Is the 720p-1080p that big of a difference or does the 600 hz help close that gap? I appreciate any opinions.

I have a 51" Panasonic plasma. 1080P. I haven't seen a 720 side by side so I couldn't tell you if its worth it or not. I would go with the Plasma as most of the problems of the past have been corrected (Burn in/TV life)
