Help Me Strengthen My Roster

Good afternoon FSB Gurus -
I'm looking to strengthen my roster and make a push for the playoffs. I am in a 12 man standard scoring non PPR league and currently sit at 5-3. See below for my lineup:
QB - Mahomes
WR - Hill
WR - AJ Brown
RB - Conner
TE - Engram
FLEX - Ronald Jones
FLEX - Keenan Allen
K - Carlson
D/DT - Indy
BN - Darrell Henderson
BN - Miles Sanders
BN - Juice Landry
BN - Phillip Lindsay
BN - Austin Ekeler
Who would you be looking to move/add to strengthen this roster?

Would put ekeler and lindsay in the line up. Those guys are starters and all-stars

Ekeler is on IR and Lindsay just came back from injury.

I'd be trying to flip RoJo and/or AJ Brown for a better TE. Engram blows. No consistency. Anything he gets you he should have gotten more. The drops, the injuries. Just too much. You lose RoJo, put Sanders back in your lineup, and you're still solid at WR. Move Allen from flex to WR, and start matchup with Lindsay and Ekeler. That TE spot is a glaring hole to me though.
Gronk would be my #1 target. Bucs will be a fantasy playoff wrecking ball.
