Help Me Decide if I Should Wave the White Flag and Rebuild

12 team keeper league. Trade deadline is Wednesday. Playoffs begin at Week 14. 3 keepers allowed per year. Must give up round ahead of where they were previously drafted/kept to keep them. Players can be kept for 3 consecutive years before they go back into the pot.
My Roster
QB:Brady (Will keep for 6th)
RB:Lamar Miller
Woodhead
Morris
Abdullah
Henry (Might keep for 8th)
WR:Cooks
Evans
Adams (Will keep for 10th)
Tate
Gordon (Might keep for 15th)
TE:Hunter Henry
DEF:Baltimore
Minnesota
K: Zuerlein
I'm 5-6, 2nd behind my division's leader is 7-4. He'll probably clinch this week. I should win and need to win to stay alive.
Two wild cards are up for grabs between myself and two teams at 6-5. The two teams at 6-5 play one another this week. After in week 13, one of those (Team A) has an easy matchup and the other (Team B) has a difficult matchup. If Team A beats Team B this week, Team B likely finishes 6-7. If Team A loses to Team B this week, they both likely finish 7-6 which means I'd have to upset the division leader in week 13 to make the playoffs.
I have been talking hypothetical trades for 2 weeks in case I fold. So far, I have offers of a 3rd round pick for Cooks, a 5th round pick for Miller and a 5th round pick for Evans. Miller & Evans can't be kept.
Objectively, I'd say I have the 4th best team in the league right now. In this scenario, would you guys build for next year or try to play on?
TL/DR: I don't care. More interesting than all these boring who-do-I-start threads.

Well... Trade everyone for rookies... I wouldn't hang on to Brady if I could get a Good, Watson, type for him. I know he has been a good but I would prefer to sell before he falls off rather than keeping while he is falling off.

I can only keep Brady for one more year (next year) anyway. If he falls off after that, it's not my problem.

This is a dynasty answer, not a 3 player keeper league answer.
OP, estimate your remaining equity in this season...you are how likely to make money in this year's playoffs? Amount matters too, of course.
Then estimate how much an additional draft pick helps you next season.
3rd rounder probably makes this an interesting decision...

$100 buy-in. $800, $300, $100 payout. Like I said, I probably have the 4th best team but only one team completely stands out. He starts Ingram, Gordon, Kamara, Green, and Hopkins. Top 5 Def, and kicker too.

I told everyone I was looking for solid rebuilding rounds (1-3) or keepers in return. For our settings, the fifth round is pretty diluted skill player wise.

I had a long, convoluted post written out, but really it's hard to calculate Expected Value because you have to make so many assumptions.
I'd keep Cooks and go for it now if you feel your team is a one of the four best teams in the league. It's tough to win fantasy championships due to variance. I think torpedoing a legitimate chance to do that probably isn't worth the moderate upgrade to next year's chances.

I do believe I'm one of the best teams. If I was a virtual lock for the playoffs this wouldn't be an issue. I'd go for it this year, no doubt. It's the variability surrounding just getting in that has me pondering a rebuild.
