Don't you get that on a dynasty league that a player cant be added to the pool after the draft staRts?

Everyone should have the same chance to add a guy

Yea but it's not fair to be able to roster that extra player

How do you determine who is eligible for the DL?

Too much gray area

I knew and understood that he was off limits, as did many others.

The committee can review the DL rule and make a ruling on Monday.

I'm not familiar with fantrax so I'm not sure how many people are red flagged and for what

Just don't think we should be able to hold extra players like that. That would be the whole point of it. Why do you need to hold extra players if the games haven't started yet?

On one hand I want to be able to do that, but on the other I feel it creates an unfair advantage for others that will use it for less serious injuries.

Im open to both sides of the argument, but using the draft angle to validate your point just doesn't fly with me.

So anyone that is red flagged in the regular season is DL eligible?

That's not gray area?

A red flag doesn't automstically mean it is a DL worthy injury

DL needs to reflect the actual DL

No, he's suggesting that during this offseason only that that's the rule.

I don't see why there should be a distinction when no games are being played.

And say you don't even had Red flag guys. You can just go grab 3 guys off free agency that have red flags. Just doesn't seem fair when one could have an elbow strain and another could have tommy john.

If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.

Troy Tulowitzki ended the year on the DL. He's technically not on the DL anymore because 15 day DL designations end when the season ends. If this were next year, would that mean that I would have to take him off my DL and drop a player?

Just trying to get clarification on how you want this to work.
