Is there really any difference in starting a DL guy or Jew T starting a milb guy?

Yes. Starting a milb guy allows Geaux to stash extra minor league guys and thereby exceed the limit of 10. You have limited DL spots, so if they're full the player needs to go somewhere other than the DL. Up until two three days ago I had no bench pitchers. Are you saying I should be forced to drop players to keep Paxton out of the lineup. My starting lineup has other pitchers that have the same chance of pitching that day......zero.

I was talking about the other league with geaux. There was an uproar about competitive balance and maximizing production

Last two weeks prior you had Gausman (minors) and Paxton (DL) in your starting lineup

You can do it however you want. If you weren't in last you'd make room

Competitive balance and maximizing production and that stuff

Gausman has been shuffled in and out of the minors frequently this year. When did the starting pitchers become so sacred? It's not like I'm putting a DL guy in the outfield, where you need to accrue stats every day. I've made all innings requirements. If the insinuation is that I'm tanking, just say it. It doesn't take much for someone to crawl up your arse around here.

There are no starting pitchers, just pitchers. There are guys racking up holds, Ks, QS etc in the free agent pool. There are stats to be had if you wanted them

It's obvious you are tanking, I don't really have to insinuate anything.

It's not a big deal if no one minds teams starting DL guys and not making a full effort to win every week. Just a lot of griping in past years about teams who did that. Now we know where we stand in this league I guess

Carry on

I've got one guy saying that I purposely created an illegal lineup to avoid a bad start and another saying I'm tanking. You can't make this shite up.

A team trying to win isn't starting guys who are hurt or in the minors. They are finding someone that's going to help them win. A team trying to win isn't starting mesoraco when he's PH twice a week. They are finding a catcher.

I don't know what you call it when a team isn't actively trying to win

Didnt you already have to forfeit stats for the inning limit once? Seems like you wouldn't want to keep risk cutting it close

Are trade deadlines in h2h typically set for the week before playoffs start?

Varies from league to league. There are some that will do it a week or two after the MLB deadline, some a week before the playoffs, and some somewhere in between as some leagues start their playoffs a lot sooner than others.
