Yeah but that was 17 innings. He had a sub 2 BB/9 in 75 IP last year. And he's 22.
I would give you that maybe it would be nice to see a full season in AAA. Doesn't work in all cases though.
ETA: I hate Monday's and not playing with full rosters.

I'm aware of last year. He's had control issues since spring, carried over into the year. Obviously he displayed control in the past, he just hasn't found it yet
