Threw out a few counters. I feel like Im not far off from getting something done with a few of you. Then there's a few that I just don't see us coming to an agreement.

Thanks for all the offers. Hoping to get something finalized this weekend.

Also, the fantrax email system is all screwed up. Im getting emails when I reject an offer, but not getting them when I am offered one or if someone rejects one of my offers. So, if you have been putting any comments in the responses, I havent been getting them.

If anyone is looking to have discussion. Hit me up at assbasket33@gmail.com. Also on gchat for a limited time.

Need to just scoop you up a vet like Beltran and call it a day.

I'll plug in Eddie Rosario in Pollock's place before I trade for that dude.

Look at his 2nd half last year and you will revisit that statement.

Or you can keep Pollock and get Beltran for cheap.

I don't necessarily need OF. I can still plug in zobrist or Rosario in Pollocks spot. I'm actually thinking I'd do better by moving him for a SP and/or prospects at this point.

Not declaring any winners in that trade, but I really like it for papz. Loses Eaton and Peraza and his lineup doesn't skip a beat. Crazy OF depth when Pollock returns.

I have to play to win this year. Pollock can't help me do that.

Taking a shot that Peraza can be my 2b of the future and that Eaton becomes a junior Pollock for me.

I'm also not convinced that Pollock is ever the same player after yet another injury to that elbow.

I get all of that and ain't even mad. I need Eaton to be second half Eaton instead of first half pussy so Abreu can eat RBIs.

I even refrained from calling you a redtard.

Definitely crosses my mind about a guy who doubled his HR out put in any of his pro seasons and admitted that his elbow has been a ticking time bomb since his first injury.

I just thought papz didn't lose much relative to his roster to take that chance

Redd, I don't know how good your team is, but I have a really different feeling about Pollock. If you can make the playoffs without him, he could maybe return in August or September.

It sounds like it just never healed right. I had a broken bone in my foot that messed up my toe, and I always felt it would break again. I broke it a second time, and it healed properly to where to toe moved back most of the way. I was then completely fine. Of course, Pollock is a pro ball player, and I was a middling collegiate runner (although I had age on my side).

No doubt. I looked at every roster and his was the one that could handle a move like that the best.

Still probably would have preferred to move him for a SP, but I did kill two birds with one stone. Got a decent replacement for pollock in theory, and acquired a potential multi elig player that can take over for zobrist in the next year or two. I had no MI prospects to speak of.

Yea I was so deep with hitters I could afford the move.

Swamie - we read the same boards. If I didn't pick him up, I knew you would have snagged him eventually.
