i think with the NL inevitably moving to the DH we should absolutely add an extra UTIL spot.
Adding an extra UTIL spot, obviously, also adds an extra spot to the MLB roster -- which many owners have been wanting for several seasons now.

We just added a spot to the reserve roster. Not sure we need to add another spot, unless you are suggesting we decrease the reserve slots by one in order to add that extra U slot.
