As i remember, you can make transactions now as along is you don't have any players on the DL

I just tried to release 2 guys to take guy off my IL and there is no option to do so.

It locks as soon as the playoff ends. It's like that every year.

Couldn't we just change the date to end today in League setup?
I can't take players off the DL to make any moves.
